Rear Roll-Out Nest for Commercial Layers

Chore-Time’s Rear Roll-Out Nest offers comfortable, inviting bird access with producer convenience. Managers can check belts or nests easily, and automated nest top and expeller operation help get birds in the routine of moving from the nest.

Rear Roll-Out Nest Features

  • Innovative two-part nest top allows easy access for egg belt inspection without disturbing birds in nest.
  • Power-actuated hinged top facilitates walk-by inspection of nests.
  • Hinged top can be opened automatically to encourage birds to leave nest before expeller gently pushes birds out.
  • Automated bird expeller can be operated on a time clock or manually.
  • Bird-friendly woven wire ramp is more natural for bird movement and leads to nest. Eliminates need for slippery, litter-covered wood ramps.
  • Large nest opening and smoothed entry point invite bird access.

Feeding System Options for Commercial Layers

Chore-Time’s Feeding System choices for floor-raised commercial layers include our familiar ULTRAFLO® Trough and Auger Feeding System or our Circulating Pan Feeding (CPF™) System featuring our REVOLUTION® Feeder. Either system provides a fresh, even feed ration throughout the house. Combine the Feeder with our ALL-OUT® Feed Storage System for complete control of feed from bin to bird.

CPF™ System Features

  • Delivers uniform feed rations to every bird as soon as the feeder starts.
  • REVOLUTION® Feeder Pans feature 12 individual eating positions and comfortable, scalloped grill at pan’s edge.
  • Pan design, anti-rake fins and grill work together to help keep feed waste to a minimum.
  • Feeder does not require indexing, making it easier to install and operate.
  • Just one feeder line hopper is required per 500 feet (150 m) of feeder line.
